Trelant has been in the same ownership since it was built in 1971 and is very much a family home. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped.

Situated on School Hill, above Sunny Corner, it has wonderful views over Perprean Cove, towards Chynalls Point and also east towards Lowland Point.

The large parking area provides ample space for at least three cars and from here five steps lead down to the front door. The interior is all on one level – except for three steps leading down to the sitting area.

There are thermostatically controlled wall panel heaters throughout the property, providing plenty of warmth during the colder months, as well as an open fire in the sitting room.


The entrance hall (with coat cupboard) leads to the split level living room.

The lower level sitting area has comfortable seating, TV and open fireplace. French windows lead out onto the extensive south facing terrace from which to enjoy the wonderful and far reaching sea views. There is plenty of seating and a table for al fresco dining.

The upper level dining area also affords lovely views of the sea and there is a further glazed door leading to the eastern end of the terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob), fridge-freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The range of cupboards is abundantly supplied with china, glass, cutlery, cooking equipment etc. There is also a tumble drier housed in a cupboard in the rear porch.

The three Bedrooms all have fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and wash basins. Bedroom1 (with kingsize bed) and Bedroom 2 (with two single beds) have sea views and Bedroom 3 has a single bed with an additional bed underneath if required.
